宁德、福州、平潭沿海养殖渔排上的老弱妇幼人员务必于
8月2日12时之前全部撤离上岸；位于闽外渔场、闽东渔场和钓鱼岛海域的渔船务必于8月2日18时前全部向南撤离出上述海域或就近到港避风人员撤离上岸；推迟8月1日的四种作业专项特许捕捞渔船开捕时间，台风影响结束前一律在港避风。海事部门要加强预警预调，指挥管辖海域过往船舶避开台风影响区域，督促海上施工作业平台落实防台风措施。
